Cats are just hilarious. When I'm feeling down, having a bad day, or need any kind of pick-me-up, snuggling with my cat always cheers me up. From his cute stripped fur, to his little pink nose, he's just the best thing for when I'm feeling sad. The only thing better than actually cuddling with my cat is the fact that I can write about cats and look at cat memes while I'm at work. What could be better?

Mistletoe has an interesting history. The earliest recorded significance of mistletoe comes from the Celts and Druids (around 1st century BCE). Because mistletoe grows without touching the ground, often high in oak trees, Druids believed it was magical — a gift from the heavens rather than the earth. It symbolizes fertility, vitality, and protection against the cold and harshness of winter. Mistletoe was harvested with a golden sickle, never allowed to touch the ground, and used in rituals meant to bring healing, peace, and fertility. Already very dramatic. These days it symbolizes peace, reconciliation, and romance.
